Thoughts on blasting then cruising? And how long of a break from AAS?

So you’re eating 128 g of fat a day? That’s probably why you feel the way you do.
 
As far as food, it’s not adding food. It’s removing what makes you bloated. Different for each person. Some vegetables make me bloated, so I only eat certain ones I react with well. Takes some experimentation. But I stick to the staples and feel good. Eggs, oats, rice, chicken, beef, fish, potatoes, ground turkey

Get your natural production back. If you can I ran straight now my dick doesn’t work and I have nothing for natural levels. This is where you’re heading if you continue running gear you need to wait atleast a year before you run anything and you gotta think about risk vs reward.
 
Honestly if you were only doing a trt dose 100-200mg/wk then you most likely didn’t need to come off. I blast for 6 wk then drop to trt dose for 6wk to let my body recover and rinse repeat. I also accepted being on trt the rest of my life though so you need to think hard on if that’s what you want down the road.

That would be the only reason I could see someone yiur age using. I know social media makes it hard for younger people these on what appearance hey should have but you had plenty of time to make good natural gains. Now if your getting paid for appeared or performance I could see hopping on young
 
At your age I wouldn’t touch anything as you have natural test…why fuck that up …clean up get your gains Nd get off the sauce …
 
Young brother… I’ve said this before… there’s several (might be many) of us that would chop a pinky off for your metabolism and test levels.

I’m a live and let live guy so if you’re dead set on introducing this stuff to your system then by all means go ahead.

The fellas up top have already said what needs to be said and jave provided sage advice so I’m not piling on.

I believe @Bigmurph did the math on trt for life in a previous post. Quick and dirty…2x a week is 104 pins a year… multiply that by 10 years…you’ll be 33…20 years…you’ll be 43…still a young man. All that is basic trt, not anything exotic or cool.
 
What I do. Not saying this is gospel or even correct. I take the half life of the anabolic steroid that has the longest half life in my stack. If it’s 3.5 days I round to 4 so on. So if your last dose was Mast Prop 300mg in 4 days it’s half and continues in this rhythm till zero that’s 2 months give or take a day brother for above example. Then obtain a full complete anabolic steroid panel. The only thing I add to this bloodwork is a GGT. Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT). Otherwise the Anabolic Steroid Panel I get is comprehensive and good to go. Ensure all your bloodwork is well within normal limits. Then and only then do I blast. Not preaching Simon but 23 is young to be tampering with your HPTA. I’m almost 60 and looking next at Great grandkids - that’s my grandkids having grandkids. If my nuts feel right on to the floor and got carried off by my chocolate lab I’d be ok. Just take care of juevos brother Simon
