Again much lower in protein than your meals should be Honestly I’m
Not sure your time crunch but all meal services are goig ti be super over priced and likely not hit the protein amounts you need
I would be at 200 minimum. I understand your worried about weight loss and not muscle building but eating higher protein will help with craving and help keep from that weight coming from
Both fat and muscle. I’m personally not a fan of intermittent fasting as I’d prefer more meals during day even if smaller. But if it works for you that’s great. No
Intermittent fasting isn’t magic. You’re just cutting out a large window of time to eat. So your cals drop.
1g per lb of body weight. Minimum 0.8g per lb. I don’t know how much you weight but if you’re coming close to that you won’t have room for any extra snacks. Again I don’t know how much you weigh so I don’t know what number we’re talking but that’s the general recommended amount of protein. Protein is the most satiating macro. A lunch of just mixed nuts is gonna make you starving in a an hour or two and then your little meals aren’t enough.
Scramble up a whole quart of egg whites and divide them up into 4 tupperwares.
Take a 1 cup tupperware and fill it 1/4 way with whole oats. Add hot water let it sit while you’re eating your serving of scrambled whites. Add one small packet of nonsugar sweetener to omeal. Eat that… high protein low gooder carbs and it’ll fill you up.
I eat this every morning at work for about 3 months now.
Aren’t you coming down from a big big weight loss? I would even say cut carbs entirely. Keto. Carnivore. Just for a time. Carbs are a slippery slope for most people. Once we get a small taste we want more and more. You probably be better off going keto or carnivore and eating thought out the day the eating those high carb meals for 8 hours a day.
I’ve recently had some kidney concerns with creatinine levels and foamy urine. I’m trying to navigate that whole topic and possibly go plant based protein for the time being. That’s why I’m interested in kidney/liver cleanse and organ health.
I have not seen a renal specialist yet I was trying to lean out and eat clean to see if that would make any difference.
Since I’ve upped the water intake I feel a lot better but my pee color still looks off to me.
