Training thru knee surgery

Right outside tendon and all cartridge behind is fucked its bad my knee just falls out from underneath me sometimes actually
 
Ok so those TKE’s with a band are great and you need lots of single leg work.
Split squats,
Lunges,
Step up
RDL
Leg curl
Hip bridge.
I’ll find a video for the type of step I want you to do. Let me know if you need clarification on any of the rest
 
I actually had to look up hip Bridge I know what it is though everything is understanding except the step and how much should I just be doing movement or should I be working it out?
 
Seems like 2 sets of 20 is the way?

I have been looking into everything this will really help? Will see

I posted the step down video on the other post. I like 2-3 sets 15-20 reps. Picken3 exercises and go with those for a few weeks. You can work others in or out depending on how they feel
