Training thru knee surgery

Did a pm session of half assed conditioning.
30 min
1 min battle ropes seated
1 min row. Foot on skateboard
1 min hands only assault bike
1 min ski erg
10 sec between each
Couldn’t get intensity too high but better than nothing. Plus got a pretty good pump in the arms
Heading home to ice, shower amd eat

Just got down at the surge’s office. He doesn’t think I did any damage wants to give it a few days to calm down. So that’s good news.
I’ll post up my training and diet tonight when I get home

That’s great news
Take it easy brother give yourself a week atleast lol your body just went through alot and you have had two close calls.
Im not saying don’t hit the gym just take a couple days like the doc said I know that isn’t your normal terminator protocol but it probably is best.

Will do. Using my crutches for the next few days and trying to stay off my feet. I’ll still do a little something in the gym but nothing crazy. Everything will be seated or lying down

Going to make a post tonight on some rehab/ prehab work for knees

You know I will be looking forward to reading and discussing because my knee has been destroyed for my whole life anything that might help an older injury?

Yeah I’ll put some stuff I. There for you as well. Everything that I post can be done to prevent an injury or rehab both new an old injury

What do you have going on with your knee? Have you ever done any of the exercises I posted?

Yesterday you said that you were going to post prehab and rehab for old injuries of the knee if you did I missed them some how did you?

My knee was torn to just a sliver of the tendon holding on and it ripped through all the cartilage around the back.
Now I have a huge amount of scar tissue on the tendon. I also have a large ball of water behind my knee where the cartridge was I should have had surgery but I believe that we couldn’t afford it so it was a full boot for 9 months or something crazy and then a knee brace thing for awhile I don’t even remember it has been in pain for almost 30yrs.

Ok so pain is where the patella tendon is? Front of the knee with fluid on the back ( hamstring side)?
