Yes I actually saw a episode on RX muscle where they had a dude from Mexico explaining that ugl actually sell to pharmaceutical chemists and the quality of gear was mediocre/crap

This is happening everywhere. There are alot of educated people out there that are out of work and the cartels or the different mobs around the world are hiring lol
Some have even gone out on there own and created different UGL labs.
