I heard of people having issues with cardio on tren. Some people take Bronchodilator for trouble breathing with cardio. What would that be?

get a cool lanyard for the albuterol inhaler so you can hit it quickly before every staircase you need to climb . GW and SR9009 are said to help.

foods that naturally decrease lung inflammation ? because that’s one of the causes along with elevated body temp& BP throughout the cycle which kill cardio endurance

the devils nectar taught me what prilosec otc was

It can aggravate your lungs I got Allergies and tren can Make breathing difficult sometimes but not unbearable I wouldn’t run a. 5k on it for sure or HIT for that matter but just regular cardio yeah

I agree with @Islandswole about this, I really don’t think it effects cardio, I too once believed this, because I already had it in my head that it will. In all honesty alot of sides, not all, are usually in your head so they appear. The only real sides of Tren for me is heartburn, once I get into the 500mg range I’ll notice some night sweats

I’ve never personally tried it, but I’ve heard the same things about cardarine really helping! I’m also a fan of just walking past the treadmill as opposed to walking on it, but that’s a contributing factor to my prior obesity, as were tacos!

Also a little input, I noticed that heavy cycles increase weight and water retention if not monitored. Only time I’ve ever been short of breath was running 800testE 600deca and dbol. Not paying attention to my diet and gaining water weight, which was quick weight gain, I was like sloth. Going upstairs was an effort to me. A buddy of mine got me squared away and those it helped a lot.

@Cathead There are two main theories behind tren’s cardio issues.

Pulmonary oil microembolism, where some oil is making it’s way to the lungs. This possibly answers for the “tren cough” when you inject or nick a vein. But as far as cardio decrease Leukotrienes are a major contributing factor of asthma.

Tren causes rises in prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are still sort of a mystery in terms of formation and role in the human body. They are made by two different pathways, cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase. Cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase pathways, compete to form prostaglandins; as well as thromboxanes, AKA leukotriene. Thromboxanes cause constriction of vascular smooth muscle and platelet aggregation. Leukotrienes are made in leukocytes and macrophages via the lipoxygenase pathway. They are potent constrictors of the bronchial airways. They are also important in inflammation and hypersensitivity reaction. Because tren increases production of prostaglandins, the corresponding rise in leukotrienes causes inflammation in the lungs. This is why tren causes cardio effects such as wheezing, shortness of breath, and the in-famous “tren cough” and drag of cardio production.

Now to correct the issue- I would highly suggest singulair(Montelukast) at 10mg daily while on any Tren compound. This will help with the issues you are seeing.

Thank you and always here to help.

Actually Prostaglandins play a key role in the inflammatory progress throughout the body not just the lungs. We are injecting ourselves with a foreign body so of course the body is going to try to fight it off and the inflammatory process is one of our defense mechanisms. With that being that, it would make sense that our bodies produce more prostaglandins during this process.

No studies exist that I’m aware of to back what you are saying. If you aware of such studies, please share.

Ha ha, so your saying you got out a breath bending over to tie shoes, shit, I wish I was that big
