What’s your best cheat day?

Yeah im in to all that history stuff so I would love it but I hear its pretty bad no where I want to go anymore I can’t carry if they even allow it in Philly?

Breakfast, or sandwiches, or breakfast sandwiches… if it’s breakfast then it’s under done hash browns covered with 5 jumbo eggs over easy and runny sausage gravy, sausage patty’s and thick cut applewood bacon, with several toast and grape jelly! If it’s breakfast sandwiches, then it’s some form of McMuffin…
I love fried pork tenderloins, for those of you not fortunate enough to be from the Midwest, if no one from the Midwest has brought what I consider to be the Jesus of sandwiches to your neck of the woods, then you’re missing out… my two favorite pork tenderloins are truly a glutenous fat asses dream come true…
the Jethro- one pound fried pork tenderloin, 1/2 pound shaved smoked pit ham, 1/2 pound pulled pork and 1/2 pound thick cut smoked bacon… hog fucking heaven (see photo below)

Or the Adam Emenecker - The Jethro, plus 1/2 pound boneless Buffalo wings, 1/2 pound smoked brisket, 1/2 pound fried cheese curds, smothered with melted cheese…

Similar to the “ol 96er”, that sannich and 1 lb of waffle fries is a challenge if eaten in 15 min or less you get for free… I’ve eaten it a handful of times, but it takes almost 2 hours for me!

Well, I’m a fat kid at heart! My moms family all struggled with obesity, diabetes and heart issues. One of my grandpas brothers was an offensive lineman for the Chicago bears and died of a heart attack before 40, my grandpa made it to 47 before heart attack got him, my grandma was a 4’ tall 4’ round Lebanese woman with diabetes and heart failure… it’s almost like I was destined by family to be obese, and if I ever quit working out I probably will be

That wasn’t the parm . The ingredients are above. Any Italian deli should be able to make that for you.

Reading through the posts I’ve decided I’ll take one of everything lol. Actually my most frequent cheat meal is a straight burger and fries. It doesn’t even need to be fancy. Just some good classic bar food. I really like ice cream too. Oh and pizza. Philly cheesesteak is pretty high on that list though.

@Rusty , some small lady from Nebraska has come and finished it maybe a dozen times or so, in less than 15 min. It kicked Adam from Mam V Food’s ass though. The handful of times I’ve eaten it, I don’t feel right for a day, so usually I go for the Jethro (smaller one)
