What’s your best cheat day?

Honestly my maintenance intake is so high that cheats only add in sweets like tarts hahah. I’m mean the real cheat isn’t meal but booze intake. Cals add up chick from iPas
 
My favorite sushi roll is the philly roll. Smoked salmon cream cheese and avacado with lots wasabi and ginger. I crave that stuff after a big workout.
