Jesus. How can I resist?! Ok. But don't laugh. My physique has regressed materially over the past six month from stress-induced Cortisol flooding my body and from not hitting the weights regularly. I have been eating reasonably well and am not fat (quite yet), so that's my ignominious starting point!

So I'm getting into this a little late, but will still have the full 12 weeks to get back to where I want to be. Poppy, Neuro and DirtNasty--thanks for the encouragement as always.

Background: I'm a retired lawyer who now builds BMW race and performance engines for a living. I have lifted seriously off and on since I was a YMCA Mens Fitness Center attendant in 1982, but got serious about it in 2020 as a result of this board and the terrific trio I identified above along with a number of others. But after my firm unceremoniously kicked me to the street this past Summer after 30+ years...
