5-10 was an arm and shoulder day due to legs not being ready to be hit again since the split got a little messed up with the extra days. Still a great lift and got some extra work done on those smaller body parts. Weighed in @ 176.4lbs
5-11 was a rest day. New job started Monday morning and wasn’t sure what to expect so I didn’t want to wear myself out early in the morning and suffer at work. News flash, still suffered. Stuck in a classroom for several months in training and that was a rough first day just sitting for 8 hours. Body was not prepared for that nor was my brain

. But lifting in the AM before work is completely doable. Weighed in @177lbs
5-12 first day in the gym before work. Up at 2am, gym by 330, finish by 5am, shower/eat/ get ready and leave by 630am. Great upper day at a different gym which I’ll be using more often. Ready to dip my toes into more free weight exercises. Wasn’t exhausted for work but I may have consumed a large amount of coffee.
Steps are much lower with this new job, going to have to work more cardio into the routine

-Cable flys @55lbs x2 8-12
-Upper to lower flys @35lbs x2 8-12
-Tricep overhead extension @65lbs x2 8-12
-Shoulder press using the standing calf machine @75lbs x3 6-9
