Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3-2/3-4

Sorry for the break and communication, been a little rough adjusting back to day shift. Sleep has been excellent, nothing under 6 hours! But the switch has made it hard to adjust to being a day walker again lol. About 12-1pm I get hit with a different type of tiredness and I think it’s because my body is used to going to bed around that time. Ended up resting Monday and Tuesday just to help with the adjustment period. This weekend I’ll make the attempt to workout in the evening and see how I fair. For it to work I think I need to take everything with me and hit the gym straight from work instead of coming home to prep, once I’m home I don’t want to go back out 😅.

Wednesday I hit a pretty awesome chest/shoulder day. Added in a few extra compounds for fun and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. One of the best lifts I’ve had in a long time. But to be honest, it’s all fun and games until it wears off. It wiped me out, there was no getting away from taking a nap to recover. What did I add? 100mg TNE, 40mg YK-11, 50mg Anadrol. Way too much for me and won’t hit that combo again 🤣
