Two Greek yogurts and coffee for breakfast. Gonna hit anytime fitness for ten bucks and work out upper body then take a shower. They won’t let me shower here at Hospital cause son had Covid a month ago and still shows up on PBR test. Which they admitted it will for 90 days and allow surgery and us to be here but we are quarantined to our room none the less. He test negative on antigen test but doesn’t matter. It’s their rules so I am not even allowed to shower or go to cafeteria. I am allowed to leave hospital and return so I can go to anytime and pay ten bucks and workout then shower then get food on way back to hospital and bring it inside. Lol. Policies on Covid are so stupid. They admit he is a symptomatic and not a threat as CDC says once symptoms are gone for three days you are no longer contagious. But regardless policy stays in place for basically 90 days after your symptoms are gone cause that’s the duration PBR test will register positive for.
 
Same grub all day. Did splurge and had 49 gram protein shake post workout and I’m having salmon for dinner.
Training was quads and mid delt
Trained on 2 of the best leg machines I’ve ever used.

Those are sweet. I’ve used the Atlantis style before. It’s very comfortable and works the legs hard.
