Biscuits gravy and bacon and eggs again. Probably go ice fishing later. My gym ain’t open on Sunday so prolly won’t get in workout. Prolly just work my hip and lower back try and give some relief to the sciatic issue been haveing. Although it is much much better can still feel it
 
I’m here buddy,been a complete lazy and useless fuck today,most activity I had today was walking to my garage to pack a bowl with the wjfe,went to bed real late 2 am,which means took all my sleepin meds way fuckin late,it leads to me bein tired and subdued the next day,watched football,made dinner,ate food.
