A day in the life of me

I had to rethink my next cycle and make some small alterations. After speaking with some other experienced guys in the game it was brought to my attention that following up a Trestalone cycle with Deca may not be such a good idea, especially since I’ve never used Trest and have no idea what my estrogen and progesterone will look like. So I’ve decided to forego the Deca for now. I’ve decided to add my nemesis, Tren A at the end of the cycle for 6 weeks which should give the Trest 12 weeks to clear before I start the Tren.

Got bloods taken today. I should have results back late this week or early next. We got some grocery shopping done today and another trip tomorrow. Meal prep on Sunday then blast off next week pending blood test results.
 
Started early and I’ll probably be at it until about lunch time. I’ve got another meal to eat before then. Got my first pins tomorrow for this blast. I had some last minute changes to my cycle plan because of timing. It was originally a 6 month but I wanted to dial it back about a month. Same compounds but I wanted to start the Primo earlier to shorten the length of time.

I’ll be running my Test E and Tren from @King-of-lions, my Trest, some Primo and Aromasin from @GearChurch, the majority of my Primo is Alpha Pharma from @Steroidify, my Var and Caber are from a different source not on this board.

Here’s the breakdown.

Week 1-6

Tren A 50mg .5ml ED (14-20)
Var 50mg/day (14-20)
Aromasin 10mg EOD (adjusted as required)
Caber .25 2x/wk (adjusted as required)

Starting off my nutrition plan with
3,904 calories
290g Protein
198g Fats
283g Carbs

I’ll be using the John Meadows Taskmaster program to start but it will end before this blast is up so I’ll be switching to a standard 5x5 near the end with 4 days of cardio to complete the run.

So there it is. The next 5 months of my life.
 
I know your diet is dialed in, so I ask out of curiosity about what seems a low protein number
 
I really don’t see it necessary to run anything over 1.5g of protein per pound and even that is a bit high. I’ve run 1.8g, 2g even 2.5g per pound and haven’t noticed any significant differences in muscular growth. Just changes in kidney panels lol. I’m starting this blast a little on the low side of weight too. I was sick a few weeks ago and lost a few pounds. As my weight goes up, so will my protein but I don’t intend to eat more than 1.5g
 
Ok I get it, I have spent the past couple cycles focusing on carbs, cause my build is similar to yours, but not the one I recently started, I’m focusing on protein.
 
I used to be heavy carb focused myself. Last blast I was upward of 500g at one point and I just felt terrible. Stomach issues, acid reflux all kinds of crap. So this go around I decided to source a good deal of my energy from fats and carbs similarly to see if I could get my body to react to the alterations as I’ve never had my fats this high.
 
Yes, my lower stomach was not right, I’m tired of fighting my body, or making myself miserable trying to eat so much, I want this to be fun while looking great,not miserable.
 
Exactly man. That’s why I had to step back and sort of reassess things. I put on and lost a bunch of weight last year trying all kinds of new compounds and diet tricks etc but it messed me up more often then it helped. I’m still trying more exotic compounds but I’m trying to be a little more careful with my diet. I don’t want to feel like shit, my stomach hurting all the time and my jaw so damn sore from chewing that it feels like Adrol back pumps in my face lol.
 
It’s funny I hadn’t smoked weed in years and I started again last summer, and was eating sooooooooo much I was actually blowing up and I can’t even do that with dbol or sdrol…
 
Not super drol I ment adrol… I love superdrol and obviously it doesn’t blow me up
