Some good indica does me good before bed, always has been my preferred drug to sleep on. However I don’t have the sleep problems you do and don’t smoke regularly only if I’m under a great deal of stress.
Took the sleep aide at 2200 last night. Asleep just shy of 2300 I’m guessing. Slept until 0430 uninterrupted then got up to piss. Right back to sleep then up at 0630. I’m going to stay with 1 pill for now as it seems to be working well and I’m not experiencing any odd Melatonin side effects during the day.
Weed is my go to,especially if I have to deal with large groups of people, moving around aimlessly like a herd a cattle with no purpose except to take their sweetass time and get in my way.
Thanks buddy, I am using trazadone and seroquel every night to sleep, and they suck and I’m tired of bein on pills from va, I stopped all my other meds over the last year from them except sleepin ones, nothin seems to work anymore
Seroquel is no joke, VA had me on it forever, I had to stop. My wife was telling me I would literally sleep walk at night and raid the fridge. I would wake up in the morning and have no recollection of it.
Yep they had me on the same blend bro. Trazadone and Seroquel. Fucking zombie every day. I also would sleep walk and I would not be able to wake up from night terrors. I just had to endure them. I hated it.
Got my program from @PHD today and I’m fucking stoked! We decided to go ahead and utilize his nutrition plan but I’m going to run the John Meadows Sentinel Program. I’ll be keeping my compounds where they are right now and I’ll adjust my Test as needed if my BP gets out of hand. It should be fine but I always have a plan for a plan for a plan.
Got The Sentinel program and the Titan Nutrition program paired up nicely. I’ve got everything typed out and my shopping list for the week. I’ll be shopping later today and meal prepping for the week tomorrow.
I’m starting this journey on Monday and I’ll be logging everything except for exact details as I’ve paid for both programs and these 2 gentlemen deserve that courtesy to not share exact details.
As of Monday I’ll be 8 weeks into this blast and I still have another 14 weeks to go so the timing is perfect.
I can’t wait to here how this works for you. Once I meet my goals I believe I am going to take advantage of @PHD expertise as well to pack on some quality mass
