Yes they are. I’ve done them multiple times before but this time he threw in 7sec isoholds down in the squat position of every rep of each set that you drop weight.
My rep scheme
35x8, 50x8, 65x8, 80x8 then pyramid down with the isoholds on each rep. I failed the last 6 reps on the 35s and couldn’t get all the iso’s lol. That shit was tough bro.
