Flat Db Press (New PR today worked up 40, 60, 80 x 8 then did 4 sets of 8 at 100. A few weeks ago I only got 2 sets of 8 and a set of 6 at 100 before failing)

Did some abs but got a serious cramp in the middle abdominal on the right side and couldn’t get it to relax. Felt like it was gonna pop out and looked scary lol
