A day in the life of me

I can’t fully divulge that type of detail. But I can tell you that @PHD is using caloric cycling with me. Fats are fixed and caloric adjustments are made via altering my proteins and carbs based on my training for particular days.

Now if PHD wants to share additional info then he is more than welcome to but out of respect for my coach, I can’t.

Absolutley. Think about the people that physically can’t work out anymore or never could bro. Maybe they have heroes that are athletes, body builders etc that they admire and look up to but could never get there because of physical ailments, issues or problems. Maybe they have MS, or a paralysis or other debilitating diseases.

So we get to work out and it’s a privilege to be able to do so.

I think about that everyday bro, it definitely is such a privilege. It drives me to push harder. What actually started this for me, was meeting someone who is now paralyzed from the waist down and still hits the gym daily. He realized how much he took for granted until a freak car accident occured. Changed my perspective on a lot of things. Most things in life are a privilege and so many others are incapable of enjoying those privileges. So while I can, I’m gonna give it my all and enjoy it to the fullest.

I think about it, But not on a regular basis, I take a lot of things for granted, and I’m not as enlightened as you guys, however I participate in things that do help people, once a month on a farm, with a Vietnam vet and kids with autism, tacking up and riding horses, but when Ieave I disregard what I did, because In all honesty those kids wouldn’t know if I specifically there or not, and most the time my attitude is bad, so what then…

So really how many people go to the gym and think about those that can’t go to gym.

I also have to say, that unfortunately I just made ground turkey for sloppy joes,it bothers me,but I did it for the woman, just like I didn’t buy her Macdonalds today when I stopped for pre-dinner

Not many and for me, not often. I have little “cloud parting” thoughts or moments once in awhile and when I do, I like to share them.
