I can’t do it,I work tohard for calories, my metabolism showing no signs of slowing down,and I hike hunt a lot, active job, which i know none is cardio but it’s as close as I’m getting to it
I’m pretty sure your job is active enough to count as cardio. I know mine was fitting the summer when I was getting about 10-14 miles of walking in average a day
Cardio is very important unless you are a hard gainer trying to bulk but off cycle cardio can give you extended life definitely I know @John doesn’t get involved but he works hard so he gets a pass on cardio me I have been doing alot of cardio lately trying not to get fat as f*ck again lol
Man I really enjoy the LISS cardio with a heart rate monitor. I just find that the 40min of incline treadmill gets my endorphins running and just helps me to relax.
Also breakfast for me today was vertical diet monster mash. One cup of rice, 8oz of 92/8 ground beef, beef broth to keep it moist, and two egg whites one one whole egg. Super quick and easy to make and easy meal prep.
So I used to eat alot of fruit but when I was learning about macros and getting everything down fruits got taken off the list but I can’t pass up a banana.
