As I said in another thread it’s basically being in shape in a compound. My cardio sessions won’t be that long I’m more interested in how it helps with lipids while running tren. Pretty pumped that my blood donation has got me a free test
I understand, I was involved in a number of shouldn’t have made it type situations, and I don’t believe I’m doing the God of belief a disservice by not doing cardio.
Im worried about your lipids especially with the different compounds you have been running.
