What’s up fellas. Trying to get back into the swing of things and am going to try to be more active on here. Always good motivation and puts me in a good mind frame seeing everyone’s goals and progression. I was coming off a cut at the end of the year. I did carnivore October/November last year and got pretty cut up. Strictly eggs, steaks, beef, chicken thighs, butter and salts. Goals were cutting but also elimination diet due to some aches and pains after certain foods. I added ~100 grams carbs per day in the form of white rice pre workout all of December, then upped test and was bulking with 500g carbs in January. Got super sick with some respiratory shit and ended up having to do multiple rounds of antibiotics, prednisone, and a steroid inhaler. It was about 4 weeks of not really being able to do shit. Worked out a couple times and walked a bunch to stay moving. Finally feeling better and had a great lift yesterday. I’ll be switching from my TRT dose of test cyp 200mg a week, to Sust at 375 a week, then up to 500 at some point. Have some anavar on hand I will likely sprinkle in as well. The one thing I’ll be monitor closely is my BP. It’s weird since I did the prednisone and tapered I will have some random spikes. Anyways, feels good to be back and hope you’re all crushing it.
