I realize that a lot of those grammar school exercise are exercises that should be implemented in our daily lives as adults believe me I hate them I hate doing f****** mountain climbers I hate anything that has to do with f****** planking but the more I hated the more I got to do it because I got to conquer it and it’s definitely showing my midsection a lot better I’ll be posting soon
 
I’m adding in things of that nature to my kids softball practice this year,unfortunately that means I will be burning them calories right alo g with her
 
Ha ha,negative,I cut out a lot of sodium,and now I’m in a routine of sticking with that, my next one to start is gonna be cutting out some sugars, which is gonna be hard, cause that means less carbs
 
I can vouch for that. Cutting out “sweets” and carbs has been very difficult.

I count out 10 peanut butter filled pretzels (one serving) and put the rest away. SOP used to be eat til I was done which was 3/4 of the container.

I haven’t done dips in awhile, this weekend I will throw some in, thanks for the reminder. What’s for dinner buddy
 
Just turn this on this morning brother cuz I was grinding all night dinner was chili with sweet potato baked sweet potato and a chili that the wife had made so that was the staple for dinner and that was pretty much it I’m not going to lie I did throw a hotdog in there love some hot dogs with chili that was part one of the meal second part of the meal was avocado whole avocado that I chopped up and mixed it with chili so two meals
 
Definitely makes a difference I change from regular dip switch I still do to straight bar dips which work on the chest and my triceps I also have taken the cable and I lie down on my back with a cable above my head and have a full extension kind of like doing a Skullcrusher except I’m extending my arms out so that I can get beat in her head of the tricep and have a better to find horseshoe
 
Today was leg day started out with lower back extension started with 90s 100 110 completed four sets went straight into straight bar squats
Proceeded to do Bulgarian each leg
Side lunges
Leg press
Calf raises
Rear leg and front raises
Knockes out legs on a Friday
 
Today I did 56 laps …in the pool that galaxy actually tracked all my different swimming styles scarey

This is the first time I ever used my watch to monitor my swimming I had no idea that it did this in fact I was looking for on my phone to see if they actually recorded them time and distance cuz I was curious to see since I got up this morning got dressed changed and moved about my day it wasn’t until later that I was playing around with it and really it really keeps you honest man you can’t bulshit with this application
