Dam im.plannin for November…which i had you along … this week is the permit on Bow…and all i have are guns …but November i hope to score a buck and backstrip
 
Day off of the gym.today enjoyed the out doors and fishing before work… tomorrow knocking on the back…these gains got me happy to bad no sun no beach and soon my pct
 
Nice. And our permit bow opens end a month, early bow opened September 7, our shotgun don’t open til second Monday in December
 
Today work out
6 sets dead lift heaviest weight was at 110
6 sets Spider curls heaviest 40 lbs bumbells
6 sets iso lateral front pull
6 sets tricep cable pull downs
Did some chest as my back was tight wanted to loosen up

6 sets Lat pull downs
Followed by leg raises and dips in between sets
6 sets Cabel rows
6 set face pulls
Followed by cable crunches

Day for back complete
Supplement C0q10 and winny
 
Leg day…i have to say im impressed with my self

Started with

Hip flexer machine definitely does wonders for my back

Lying leg curls max sets 80 lbs…fuck yeah

Leg press max sets 270

4 SETS LEG EXTENSION MAX WEIGHT TODAY 100
In between my sets pull-ups and leg lifts

Calves raises
Kettle bell side lunges…no joke

Yesterday a mastodon chest work out and shoulders…wating for these late am hours to get in my back…
