Today work out
6 sets dead lift heaviest weight was at 110
6 sets Spider curls heaviest 40 lbs bumbells
6 sets iso lateral front pull
6 sets tricep cable pull downs
Did some chest as my back was tight wanted to loosen up
6 sets Lat pull downs
Followed by leg raises and dips in between sets
6 sets Cabel rows
6 set face pulls
Followed by cable crunches
