It’s 2022…Last year I decided to add calisthenics to my training …the body transformation is definitely unbelievable in the beginning of Jan 2021 I told myself I would achieve the Mucle up…it took me 11 months…and this old dog learned a new trick…yes I unlock the muscle up…this to me is mind blowing as it was only a vision…that became a reality

Something light as today I recorded my routine
I learned that if you train the same you stay the I am currently at 195 lbs…and have kept off the 40 lbs I had… 2022 I’m gonna evolve even more happy New Year to all by the way…I have been consistent no excuses…let’s get it gentleman
