It’s 2022…Last year I decided to add calisthenics to my training …the body transformation is definitely unbelievable in the beginning of Jan 2021 I told myself I would achieve the Mucle up…it took me 11 months…and this old dog learned a new trick…yes I unlock the muscle up…this to me is mind blowing as it was only a vision…that became a reality

Today’s work out

100 push-ups mixed with knee to chest
Kettle bell chest press 45 2 grand grip
25 single arm chest press Kettle bell
Kettle bell swings
Kettle bell arm.curls
Kettlebell shoulder swings front back and Reverse
Weighted leg lifts
Weighted leg circles in and out
Kettle bell Sq 45 lb Kettle bell
Something light as today I recorded my routine

I learned that if you train the same you stay the I am currently at 195 lbs…and have kept off the 40 lbs I had… 2022 I’m gonna evolve even more happy New Year to all by the way…I have been consistent no excuses…let’s get it gentleman

Today’s log started with a 15 min run with ankle weights

Everything high reps

straight bar press
Lateral shoulder raises
Single arm bumble shoulder press
Toes to bars with ankle weights 4 rounds

Hand stand for warm up

Lat pull downs high reps
Close grip and wide grip

Followed by a machine the strictly works on the wings

Seated single arm cable back ext
Followd by reverse shoulder press of a pec Dec machine
Single arm curls
Trunk twists for obliques

4 rounds

Combo moves squat to curls to overhead Arnold press negative reverse dumbell press

Triceps extensions on cable

Seated triceps pushdowns

Cable ab work on my knees
4 rounds

Straight bar dips
Shoulder extensions
Fore arm front and back

Jump rope with 3,4 rope to keep warm in between sets
Followed by hanging leg raises
4 rounds

Finish with 9 min jump rope

Heated sauna

Get thos gains gentleman
 
Back at took a week off …stitches across my chest to my under atm been preventing a work out

Chest machine press
Shoulder lateral raises
Pull ups
Toes to bars
Straight bar dips
Triceps push downs
Reverse arm curls
Rope triceps extensions

Straight arm pull ups
Decline chest
Shoulder lateral raises
Flat chest press
Reverse shoulder press on pec Dec
Pull ups
Triceps push down
Incline curls

Flat chest press
Shoulder lateral raises
Obliques training
Dumbell curls
Triceps cable extension
Seated cable Pull
Triceps push down
Finished with chest press

Done for today no stitches popped out…get it gentleman
 
Today’s routine legs

Warmed up jumping Jack’s with weight vest
Planks knees to elbow
In and out in pla k position

Everything done with a weight vest today

Bulgarian split squat
Alternating side lunges
Switching lunges 20 each leg
Squat into lunges
Wall sits with tippy toes 30 sec

Everything done 3 sets

Stomach time
Leg flutters 1 min
Toe touches lying on my back
Bicycles
Seated in and outs
Boat holds
2 rounds
 
Today routine consisted of running with the weight vest on a treadmill
Every 3 or 5 min jumped off
Did 15 push ups a Clio jumped back on

After tye run pull uos with weight vest punk ass set of just 20
Finished with curls
Shoulder extensions
Triceps push downs

Get busy gentleman 1% better than yesterday
