It’s just a completely unnecessary risk to put anything that’s not legit in the mail. Do you think that there is not a charge for that? Do you think it’s legal to put controlled substances in the mail?

It’s crime just not fraud he’ll receiving these products is crime. Trafficking I think is term I was looking for

Fair enough. I always thought that sending illegal anything through the mail was fraud. I’m wrong. But it’s still illegal I’m 100% sure of that. And what kind of square business is gonna take a load of controlled substances?

It’s not a viable policy to ask the customer to send in an unsealed version of what they obviously opened and color-tested. And even if they agreed to buy another unsealed instance of the product for testing, that does not resolve whether the particular instance received by the customer was in fact fake or something else. IMHO, Steroidify should ask the customer to return to it the remainder of the unused product that was tested and send THAT instance of the product out for testing that would satisfy Steroidify. Sterpoidify’s policy is like some shirt manufacturers: 100% satisfaction guarantee, but you have to return the product unopened in its original packaging. Well how in the Hell do you know whether it fit or you’re satisfied without opening the damn thing?! Just silly and designed to deter the customer from actually having tests run.
We have this policy since 2014. No one ever thought it was weird.

Only sealed products can be tested. Open product can have anything in it. Competition could simply purchase a vial of test from us, say it’s underdosed, put anthrax in it and send it back to us or to the lab. Also, we don’t have any addresses that you can ship to, for obvious security reasons.

You have reasons to suspect quality from a product? Get a random, sealed sample and send it for testing. This is standard procedure and most would agree most adequate one. It’s either us or you guys here who are completely out of the loop here, but we advertise and run this policy on over 30 boards and no one has ever said it was inappropriate. It’s actually well spoken of by customers and admins alike.

I will write again to make it clear:

Under no circumstances we will send open vials or blisters for testing and we will NOT pay for them to be tested. We will also NOT accept color tests as evidence of lack of quality of any of the products sold on our website.

I’m getting to the point with all of this nonsense where I think I’ll obtain two of everything, one for use and one for independent lab testing that I pay for. Seems to be the only real way to know for sure.
We can arrange to pay the labs anonymously so we will know for sure. As a company commited to sell only the best stuff, we also want to know if a product isn’t what it should be and we will be happy to remove such product from our site.

Steroidify has had the very same policies since 2008 and the testing offer since 2014. It’s not our first rodeo.

@Dirtnasty got my point, but I understand yours. But it depends upon the substance. If it’s a Schedule 1 illegal substance that is not prescribed, yes, sending that through the mail is illegal. But if it’s prescribed, it’s not. The lab won’t be able to distinguish between the two. But I hear you. I probably would deliver the stuff by hand to a local lab. Not always an option for those in smaller cities.

I think we’re all tired of this back and forth. If @Symarip85 wants to use your policy, he can and will. Members are allowed to not like your policy and act accordingly. You as a rep are simply bringing the policy to us, and it’s not you job to make any other call about it. We get that.

You’ve made your policy clear, some members have made their thoughts on it clear.

You don’t care about color tests. We as mods have made it a point to try to change the thoughts about the finality of the color tests. A former mod had a lot to say about their accuracy.

Let’s move forward.
