Depending on stats given the subject you are modeling after I would suggest a bigger test base cycle with a paired C17 drug compound. This would look as followed and given your previous medical conditions and injuries. This will give your muscle bellies enough water saturation to give you a fuller condition look but also have the power output you are looking for.
16 week protocol
Test Ent 250- 1cc 3x weekly EOD
Sustanon 400- .5cc 3x weekly EOD
Dbol 25- 50mgs 2x daily meal 1 and meal 6- 7days a week- weeks 1-4
Arimidex- .5mg 2x weekly- non injection days
HGH- 2iu 2x daily- once administered prior to breakfast another 2iu at 3pm
From there I would also suggest looking at a carb drop after 4pm to pull the excess adipose fat tissue off. This will allow you to feed and saturate all ATP functions of the cells until 4pm then the drop will also reduce your insulin causing you to burn stored fat as energy, all while staying in a anabolic state and preserving muscle.

Optumpharma, Really impressed with the regime you suggested after doing a little research…The only issue that might arise is something I forgot to mention…I have had an issue the last 4-5 years of maintaining potassium levels at times I get hospitalized once or twice a year with the occurrence…The last time being in February but doctors have only came up with it coming from the diurectics in my pre workout…So my question would be will my kidneys be able to handle the Dbol…I took Dbol periodically in my 20s and switched to Anadrol pills about 10 years ago and enjoyed the result stacking with winsrol and masteron all oral but was switched to only test cyp or E about 8 years ago and been going strictly that route since besides a few circumstances of experimenting…So would the potassium issue change your direction on anything…I finally started taking P supplements after this last trip and I haven’t had an issue since but it only sparks up every blue moon anyway…Thanks in advance

No, this won’t change with the listed androgens above. But i would suggest a monthly blood work for your first cycle back, would like to see us safely approach it.
