Bigirish looking to get shredded

I’m not looking to get shredded at this stage but I’d like to drop 5-7% BF. I’ve tried Clen in the past but the results weren’t significant enough to justify the sides. Regardless of the dosage, the jittering was too pronounced and the sweating was too heavy. Adjusting my diet and adding moderate cardio yielded similar results, so I’m good on adding Clen. I’ve heard T3 is a good option, but I have zero experience with it. Worth the money?

What’s is your diet and training like? These will play a bigger role than an actual supplement.

T3 is legit but you would have to weigh the risks and potential impact on your health.

I’ve just begun training again but the diet is pretty basic at this stage. I’ve cut out junk like fast food, soda, and the obvious no-go items, and I’m limiting carb intake. That’s paired with 30 minutes of daily light cardio. In the interest of not burning myself out by going too extreme too quickly I’m leaving it at that for two weeks before cutting down calories.

If I was in your situation, without knowing more about you, I would let my diet and training plan take effect. Making small adjustments as needed to support my goals of fat loss. With the right strategy fat loss is pretty simple… Not easy but simple. For me it is a simple process of choices.

Supplements can be effective but I would think creating an effective diet and training discipline would provide a much better rate of return if or when I chose to add something like T3 and/or T4

If you need any assistance with a diet strategy we are here to help.

I appreciate the advice. I’ll give it 30 days of earnest effort before supplementing too heavily, and see what comes of it. Quick fixes are rarely long term solutions, so yeah. Thanks again.

I agree with @SemperFi with limited knowledge of what you shared I’d make sure diet is cleaned up. You don’t need to significantly cut carbs like most think. I’m in prep and I’m eating almost 400gms of carbs a day. The trick is not to
Have high fat and carbs one or the other needs to be cut low.
I would deff up my cardio. Sounds like you really aren’t do much of anything to get heart rate up. You should try hiit cardio works amazing.
T3 I wouldn’t advice using it unless you were in prep just not worth it for the average gym goer it’s more an advanced drug. If you’re looking to cut fast weight then jump on dnp. But if you go that route you better know the dangers of it.

Good luck and keep us posted.
