*Blood donation poll*

Haha you guys asks amazing questions… I’m so used to thinking about the bringing mostly dead back to life aspect of things… that it’s always fun thinking through the physiology of good to maximized!

Random info from an artical in 2018.

“Specifically, within the United States alone, studies have landed the total number of anabolic steroid users for non-medical purposes in the range of 1 - 3 million individuals, which is approximately 1% of the total population in the United States.”

I’m guessing in today’s time, with social media growth, the 2018 # has doubled.

In relations to this thread , i think very few donate. The ones that do, probably are IFBB pros who have used amounts and done things a normal gym bro will not do. And they put themselfs in a fragile state, were they have to take every health measure.

Just becuase someone doesn’t do it, doesn’t mean someone shouldn’t. Good to be ahead of the game , if the said health benifits are true for aas users .

I know that we have atleast 50 members that are active that donate on the regular I don’t donate regularly but I have donated to try to help my BP.
I don’t know if it really is helping us as AAS users but it still has positive effects so I would say continue to donate but it either takes longer to see something change but in this experiment we didn’t see anything change.
This is going to be something that I will be researching until I get the actual answer im going to start emailing blood specialists lol

I can imagine you should try Glutathione injections literally helped my lipids recover extremely quickly. I was very surprised because I don’t trust these types of products normally.

I’m very confident everything will level out. This is by far my most reckless cycle to date. Just gonna stick with test and throw some eq and proviron in from time to time.

Donated today, feels good to finally get that done. Do you guys still work out same day or give it some time off? I figured if I feel fine should be good to go, but wanted some input

I usually take it easy that day. At the very most do some chores around the house. Kind of use it as a good deload for shoulders. Mine is always on Friday and bench day is Friday so a day off for me is a good thing.

That’s my opinion brother

Ill work out in the morning. Definitely wouldn’t recommend working out after a donation. They say you shouldn’t work out for a couple of days after (at least at my place) a donation but I do with out any problem.

I did heavybdeads before donating then light arm day and I skipped today hit that was so to sleep change

Just donated today and kind of got talked into doing double RBCs as they were running low with people with O - blood. Felt fine right after, but was pretty dizzy after I got home so added in another meal with some extra carbs and some orange juice. All good now and feel great. Should definitely have thinned out the blood pretty good since they took 2 units out.
