Lemon pepper. Season chicken with that every now and then cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil. Just to change it up. Cook that all up. Order a meat lovers pizza.
Im hitting the same wall basically myself and it doesn’t make any sense to me that im having trouble eating. I just don’t want to eat anything anymore and it used to be and really always had been trying to stop myself from eating to much.
For me its sauces and jams like you used that can really help. Over the years ive had a love hate relationship with chicken breast. Which im sure we all do. If you can change the taste flavor or even texture it makes it easier for me to get everything down.
I’m going to suggest something I know many would disagree with me on. Tofu. If you know what you’re doing. It’s delicious. Not a bad way to add additional protein.
Also the quality of tofu makes a difference. I was in Japan where they hand make it with soy beans like the old days. Wow. The process and the way the tofu looks is pretty beautiful in clear water.
The neutral taste give a lot of options and it’s easy to eat.
Best thing I have ever bought for my kitchen. I use it to meal prep every week, including making 90% my meals in it… Burgers, Steaks, chicken, wings, GF and I made ‘healthy’ egg rolls, you name it that thing cooks it… I love it.
I’ve been living this lifestyle for 20 years now eating 6 times a day. I never get tired of eating chicken, turkey, fish, or steak. The key is to season your food to make it taste good for you. I don’t care about sodium we need sodium so use seasoning. Just watch the fat and sugar. I use condiments like ketchup (sugar free) Spicy mustard (Walmart brand) Texas Pete is also good.
Sometimes I’ll cut up my meats and mix it in my rice and add salsa or Texas Pete just for a different taste. Just make it taste good and you won’t have issues at least I don’t.
I feel the same I don’t even wanna feel food in my mouth some days I feel like just blending all my meals and fucking drinking them or just chug it lol
I feel ya brother, I usually marinade most of my meats before hand so the taste is good. I can literally eat everything else all day any day but the meats are what bother me most.
