I got up late, like a hour ago, dont have to work, so I’m just now about to eat, 5 eggs over medium, 5 toast no butter, 5 turkey sausage,around a million grapes, bottle a water, vitamins
Yeah, the mass building thing is great for a little while. Then, I start to get nauseous at the sight or smell of food. Hate to do a real calorie cut though, too. Maintenance and maybe a few hundred plus or minus works for me.
So back to the food topic, I am going to make my daughter and I, venison stir fry for a late lunch, she has a game today, so a big late lunch she will have, and a snack before the game… I am gonna eat mine while watching, young guns, Amazon has it, I dont think Netflix does
