Competition prep Log --OP

My wife used superdrol a few years back, unbeknownst to either of us. She took it for 4 weeks, and got strong as fuck, and with her being bi polar the roller coaster ride of emotions and bat shit crazy was not fun. She had run primo and var several times before, and we always butted heads when we were both on cycle, especially if I was getting ready for a meet and she was prepping for a show, but this time was ALOT worse, so I knew something was a little off. I wish I had some photos, but the only good ones I have of her are on Primo and Var. She was a little more bloated on superdrol, and had to fight acne a little more. The only reason we ever found out other than my gut intuition was when I got my first roid test kit I felt like a 5th grader with a chemistry set and tested EVERYTHING in my big bag o goodies…

Received my first diet to follow today. It doesn’t look like I will struggle with it at all. We shall see…

I’m best when i eat the same everyday with one meal that rotates

@BigSwole69. Even simple dieting sucks! I always felt bad for my wife when she would be prepping for a show and I was shoveling cookies down my throat with our daughters… or sneaking in happy meals while mom was on hour 2 of cardio

Nope, it’s easier to grow to the next weight class… hence the reason I progressed from 198, 220 and 242… however I was never comfortable in the middle 230’s, a lot of sleep issues and everything in my body hurt, plus the strength gain between 220 and 242 was so minute it didn’t make sense… however, every time my wife would start to diet, I had to hide my eating habits… me, the two older daughters when they were still kids and a tray full of brownies in the play room.

Also at his size he probably had more issues eating enough food to maintain size than really dieting

He would be fine if he didn’t keep trying to train the shit that’s fucked. What made him great is now his downfall
