Conquering Insulin Resistance With Fasting

I have been watching that stuff on tv for years. always interested me because of the movements themselves vs just slangin weight around. It’d be fun to give some of it a try for sure.

One you start you’d get hooked lol. Deadlifts become “how high can I lift this car off the ground” lol. You start looking for different models, the weight. Figuring in engine side and rear weight.

where do you train for something like that though? whats your typical day for the carnivore diet look like? sounds expensive.

Look on Craigslist and buy some empty kegs. Fill them with sand. Find a heavy truck and use a tow rope to start. Add weight to back as needed, use an incline with a friend so your pulling slightly uphill. Check around for if you know anyone that is an owner/operator of a semi. Ask to meet in empty parking lot and try pulling it. A lot of people are really cool with it when you tell them why. They always want to see if someone can. Search for strong man gyms around the area. Sometimes you gotta travel to them.

I buy 1-2 kilos mixed of beef or chicken a day. Bacon. Sausages. Tomorrows first meal will be sausages. Then chicken thighs. Steak for last. It not that expensive. I don’t eat out. Everything cooked at home. Chicken thighs and legs are cheap. No need for lean breast meat. Just bought an electric grill with auto timer. Nothing gets burnt. Can just throw things on as needed and once done it switches to warming mode. I’m not even counting calories. Just eating till not hungry during my times. Make sure I eat at start of window and 30 mins before end.
