Cutting on low carb diet

Whats up fellas. Was wondering, if you’re running a low carb diet, what can i take or do to keep up the strength?

To be honest that’s a good meal to get the energy you need and then if needed eat another meal right after your workout and then another an hour later and so on I have always seen that the guys that eat small but spread it out and eat over and over in the end are getting the same macros but they are usually leaner and still ripped.

Guys like me that eat alot multiple times but not that multiple tend to not be as lean. I personally am not lean but just big no 6 pac right now for me but I haven’t been enhanced in over a year.
 
That’s my issue. Im not eating enough. Im taking this protein powder called steel vega strawberry cheesecake. Its delicious and i sue it as a replacement.
 
Yeah real protein beans, meat and many other srcs are so much better than powder especially because most dietary supplements are BS so I would rather spend the money on eggs or chicken than buying powder to make a shake.
Upping your diet will also give you more fuel to build muscle enhanced or not.
 
I was told once…whats cooler… a big steak or a powder substance… can’t go wrong with whole foods. Just use the protein powder as a supplement.
