I agree, it just feels right and natural.

It’s so smooth and clean. Especially on a properly taken care of rifle. I’ve had a couple friends ask me to sight theirs in and the rifle be so dirty the bolt catches.

Ha ha I just recently did the same for the guy I work for,got him into hunting, he’s fucking dead on got some natural skill shooting, I had to work for mine, just lucky I guess.

It took me awhile to get good with a rifle, my dominant eye is my left, but I’m right handed, so with a shotgun/rifle I have to shoot left handed or else I can’t sight very well as it’s hard to get the left eye on the scope/sights.

I practice shooting with both eyes and both hands. Never know when you might lose one.

I don’t but I’m lazy, we did some off-hand shootin in the military so hopefully my targets close

I do a lot of drills. It’s pretty much my only cardio. Moving back and forth engaging targets. I try to do drills with each of guns. Minus the shotgun. Can’t miss with buckshot.

Hmmmmm the memories of drills and engaging targets… I got my wife trained on any gun that’s in the house, and how as a family we are goin to react to a threat,my daughter knows exactly what to do if I was to give a certain command in the dead of night she’s doin it, training is a beautiful thing.

I dig it brother. Same here with my family. Built my wife an AR pistol recently. I was really surprised how well she shot for her first time. She put all 30 rounds through the center of the target. I’m comfortable with her having my 6.

Nice, it’s good to be prepared, and I don’t have my wife n kid paranoid, my wife kinda likes it, and my kid enjoys it, and is learning from it.

Same here. She tells everyone that she’s becoming more like me. It’s nice when they understand and take in what you’re saying.

Yes it is and being on the same page.

Drills can be expensive at the moment. Ammo prices have dropped back down a little but not much. Especially rounds for my .300

Every gun store hunting place has been tripling their ammo sales, they get a order in and it’s gone
