Lately i have been trying all kinds of things that i never did before. Legs is my best body part, they are always big and lean so lately i have been using the legs day to burn some extra calories since am at the last of this cutting cycle and i know my legs respond well to any kind of training. I started last week doing a light weight dead-lift at the end of the legs training session : 4 sets/ 20 reps…AWesome. Has anybody use dead-lift for cutting?
