Hey in the great state of Missouri if your convicted of misdemeanor DV they do not take your gun rights away. They say if we start taking away ppls guns for this misdemeanor who’s to stop us from taking them away for any misdemeanor. Also you can conceal and carry without a permit here. I moved from California to here and I thought the law was the same,but I did some research and come to find out Missouri is pro guns lol

Got a step son that fishes commercially on the side. I brought him into manhood when his dad turned his back on him. He keeps us flush in fish shrimp oysters.

Just left immigration lawyers office for wife. Told her about charges and plea deal from DA. She said it’s a shit show over there right now. They have a high turnover there with prosecutors and they are all fresh outta college and have a “Leader board” of convictions and convictions by jury trial. So I gues my life is just a fucking game to them. I am a real person with a real future and a real family. Not some pawn in a game. Now I know why he wont give a decent plea. Cause he wants a jury trial to add to his board.

They can be disbarred possibly over that… the da’s office is also tasked with being a good custodian of the taxpayers money.

A friend who is retired attorney and very influential in this town. I didn’t want to contact him before because he helped me out of a situation before and am embarrassed that I am in another situation.

The worst thing that happens is he doesn’t answer back and if he doesn’t he isn’t a friend anyways so you didn’t really lose anything brother.
