Diet ramp up due to first cycle

What’s up guys so I just started a test/dec/adrol cycle at 600/300/50, now my diet has always been I eat every 2.5-3 hours and carbs three times a day when I train, twice when I don’t. Cup of whole grains in the morning plus protein. Cup of brown rice for lunch plus protein, and after work out cup to cup and a half brown rice and protein, my question is on this diet how much should I ramp up this diet to bulk lean but still see as much strength as possible(within reason of course) should I just double everything?

Eat like a horse, is this for bulking, or strength? That’s a solid cycle you have there. If it’s for strength, I’d try to go big on calories and if I start getting to damn fat just throttle it back a lil bit. It’s way easier to under feed yourself on a strength or bulk than over, it’s just the later is almost self correcting. Either way good luck to you brother

A good generic rule of thumb when bulking is 4000-5000 calories and 400g protein daily. This isn’t necessarily optimal and most of us adjust this to fit our individual goals, but to give you an idea that’s about what your looking at.

That’s a killer stack! Try to eat a clean 5,000 calories. 1.5 grams of protein per kg of body weight is plenty. Slam the complex carbs. The diet you are on will put on some lean muscle but not a lot compared eating like a horse.

I really appreciate everyone’s feed back. So I am going to eat as much as I can. But keep it clean, but make sure I intake 500 grams of protein daily.

Not sure what your bodyfat and weight are. Eat a lot but eat smart. No sense jamming too much in, you’ll end up shitting it out. Unless you’re 300lb and 10% 500 grams of protein is just overkill in my opinion

I shoot for 1 g pp. May really i just change fats and carbs depending bulk or cut
