Doug. For five what I did for 3 last week have 480 on bar for last set will go till failure easier to track weight from lower pins that rerack if hahah
 
Got 5 my lower back feels toast I did jus tds heavy dead’s on Thursday so a couple sets of leg teas then off to work going to add pin squats to program soon as I really need to get my explosiveness out of the hole better

I believe that you are growing everyday brother if your sleeves are full that’s physical not mental your arms are growing nicely your probably already there but you will be in the club of trying to find clothing that fits correctly lol

Keep killing it I love seeing your progress over all this time brother

No chalk allowed it’s better than it was but still closer to pf than powerlifti gym

Bench sets of 3-430,460,480,460
Incline sets of 8-340x2
Lateral raise 12-40,45x2
Fly machine 12-210,230,250,270
Dip pad pushdowns failure-160x3
Bench I felt lore in triceps than chest. Need to get back to heavy jms on arm days again
