Ohp for first time in 14 months. Man it’s week. Struggling with 225. Shows how much stabalixwra effect it

Horrible I may go get shoulders looked at sometime I know I have a super strong bench but I can’t help but feel there is damage in there still
 
Def wanna get it checked out. Once I strengthened all my stabilizers and kept up with training them then I could do OHP and bench without pain. Took over a year to get there. I still have to spend about ten to 15 minutes warming them up before I hit any heavy weight with them.
 
Activations and rehab, and prehab. I’m up to about 30 min of prehab/rehab before lifting everyday and it’s making such a major impact on old injuries.
 
Yeah the shoulder str Ching everyday is helping and with lowering weights and higher reps I’m hoping it gets back to better. 100’s for 12 on fb was easy 225 for 5 ohp sucked

Cable lat raises/high pull 4x8-38.5
Ohp 3x5-225 fuck me these hurt so bad
Seated bent raises 4x25-20
Db press 2x12-100
V raises 3x15-15
Feel I’m missing something but it head is killing me right now
 
No lifting tody unless I can’t sleep waiting for the game to start. Will ping first day back together if I sit. Get any sleep before hand
