Horrible I may go get shoulders looked at sometime I know I have a super strong bench but I can’t help but feel there is damage in there still
Def wanna get it checked out. Once I strengthened all my stabilizers and kept up with training them then I could do OHP and bench without pain. Took over a year to get there. I still have to spend about ten to 15 minutes warming them up before I hit any heavy weight with them.
Yeah the shoulder str Ching everyday is helping and with lowering weights and higher reps I’m hoping it gets back to better. 100’s for 12 on fb was easy 225 for 5 ohp sucked
