That’s it off to work. Should have probably waited till next month for cutting weight and used th is month to get four good weeks in first. But I had plan and stuck to it. Guess I’ll just try and grow a bit next month heading into cycle. Shoulders tomorrow off fridays for friends bday party he’s sober so I won’t be only one there not drinking if anybody is.
