That’s it off to work. Should have probably waited till next month for cutting weight and used th is month to get four good weeks in first. But I had plan and stuck to it. Guess I’ll just try and grow a bit next month heading into cycle. Shoulders tomorrow off fridays for friends bday party he’s sober so I won’t be only one there not drinking if anybody is. See where I am Wei fg t wise that day could add food in so dead’s aren’t shorty Saturday

Tons of water from hgh if I slept 2-3 more hours would probably shed 5 pounds. Stomach looked really flat.
 
Shoulders day was quick and I was full of food
Db press 4x8-100.110,120x2
Full lateral raises Side to bicep to head 3x15-10
Later a raise machine for rear delts 3x20-55
High pulls3x12-95
Face pulls used the iOS cables so I could get width 3x15-15

Ya stomach is looking flat. If you cut up your shoulders gonna really pop But I know powerlifters can’t do that or they lose strength. It would be interesting to see one day how that muscle would look after some serious cutting.
 
You don’t lose strength building muscles. It’s just not priory to do those rep ranges for power athletes.
 
I thought the different diet changed caused a loss in strength. Mass moves mass theory plus less energy for the muscles. Am I wrong on this one?
 
Oh I plane to try and stay around 15-18 percent with adding more muscle so they will pop. Maybe look like Larry wheels when I’m done. Guy one do strongest guys and stays decently lean
 
I’ve thought about just slowly dropping to 270 but I think I’ll just do 280 more then maybe try and maingain. Do like 200 cals over maintence and see if I can add some solid mass but not too much fat. I think even if I just stay at 285 I will move big weight
 
285 is still a lot of mass bro. It didn’t seem like you had a lot of strength gain being over 300. But then again you also had a lot of other shit going on during that time also. 270 i think your muscles would be popping out all over the place. It would be interesting to see but def have to be an off season thing.

Maybe do it next year although I should add about 10 pounds of good mass this year if they do it right. I mean I was making gains still inoite of myself for awhile. Hard to keep it up when you start kissing 3-4 days a week then 3-4 weeks at a time. This Saturday will Marley the first time I’ve made
It three weeks in row getting all my lifts in since maybe this time last year

I had pizza today twice 1 slice them 3 slices I only had shacks after breakfast so I’m still in deficit. Was going to do cardio but sleep seems to be choice. Much need Ed r cover for heavy dead’s tomorrow
 
Well can’t fall back asleep so I guess I’ll do breakfast and gym. I think I pumped myself full of glycogen and I’m hitting scale at 290 which means about 10 pounds of actual fat loss this month I’ll take that. I wanted
280 and can still do that but I won’t be real weight loss just water. With power lifting I wasn’t trying to get streamed but want some loss to get back to grownk g with less bad weight. Here’s to some

Feels heavy today so I’ll either have shit lifts or hit pr haha. Kind of neither I did 635 for 2 sets of 3. So not pr in reps but I don’t think I’ve done two sets of theta for 3. Can’t wiT to move calories back up to 5000 see how I do there for about two weeks.
