Dirts decadence trening blast

Daddy big bench is back in th e prowl 465 for 5 today feels good to get back to pl setup and hit some pauses
 
So I can’t really post my workouts in the log but I wil continue to post progress of major lifts. And I’m allowed to say what is me of my accessories he has me trying out. He knows my love of jms so he’s throwing in incline. Something about he notices their seems to be less form breka down with it and it will stress tricep without putting on such a high load for fatigue issues
 
Was nice to have heavier weight in hands again. I mean it’s only 30 heavier that what I was doing but I have a feeling if done to go t I’ll get 550 this meet easy
 
I think everything is working great my only issue is right now im
WiTing on script caber and the stuff I have I struggle to split so twice I think I’ve over done it and it’s made me have trouble with digestion
 
Did some shoulders and biceps today my coach has allowed me to keep some things in to not lose shape haha

14 weeks since low bar. I think I should have done some light work with postion during break it feels wrong right now not going too heavy just 555 or so today
 
Legs today 555 for 5x2
Rdls uo to 405 for 8
Leg press lowered reps upped weight those lifts I can say haha. Quad got hit good

Grip training today 150 for 10 second holds hopefully be using the 200’s by meet if I can get to 250 I know my grip will hold anything
