Not to cloud your thinking for your upcoming platform comp…. But what do you think your bw will be during your hypertrophy phase after your pl stuff is over?
My end goal is to be around 320 ish at heaviest before meet preps. Be around 312 with food going into meet so I can be 308 empty in morning for weigh ins. But tht maybe another year or so of training to get there.
I feel pretty good right now sitting at 302 with food in me no force feeding just doing my meals. I may up intake as I seem to burn more cals on tren just hybraised body heat alone
Hit my grip trainers I can close the 200’s for three sets 9f 10 second holds so that’s a good sign now I’ll do one set of 150 till failure. Edit and the shocks in fingers have lessened since I lowered test and deca not saying they were related but an observations
