I could use a workout partner myself. I’ve went through 8 different workout partners in the past two years. A tip on keeping up with the reps and pauses. Count out loud. Once you get into the rhythm of counting the pause and reps. It’ll become just another habit and makes it easier to keep up with in your head.
Can’t be 100 on this yet but I think I’m telling my job the 15 of July will be last day. Gives two weeks to prep for meet then I can just pack up and head north.

Squat. 3x3 580. Trying to not push as heavy and maybe get more reps and actually peak for meet this go round
Bench 3x3 480 with pause this is going great

Not sure I’ll get gym in having trouble sleeping cause I have a meeting at 4:30. So if I’m not asleep in an hour I’ll just I’m head to gym and go to work on little sleep tonight off tomorrow. Sleep pattern has been bad with this flair up the past weekend I slept also much so I should be fine
Ducking second week on program and I’m already not doing it right. Man I need to really hunker down for the next 6-7 weeks and get right. Good news is the raise at work will pay for hotel room
