ECA sources on the forum?

I keep all of my ingredients separate, so that I can tweak depending on the day/workout…but if you are decent at math you can figure out how much of each to combine in what size tub and mix for a pretty even distribution.

I make my own pre-workout, two of the big Keurig brewed cups of coffee, 2 tablespoons of honey, two tablespoons of peanut butter, a whole banana, half a cooked sweet potato, and 5g of glutamine.
 
I just started it a few weeks ago because I had been cutting out carbs. I just had no energy for my workouts though so I started these. With ice it makes about a half gallon. I drink 32oz about an hour before workout and drink the rest through the workout. Works well for me
 
I made my own also, opened the 20mg capsule of superdrol, and dumped it in homemade sangria.

Oh I bet, I used to buy superdrol from the u.k. back in 2009-2010 and loved it. However I do realize now that I was over doing it on the dose and that’s why I would get so sick
 
It’s the only oral I like, and run it as I see fit,a few times a year, at 20mg, usually at around week 3 my bp is high on a daily basis, and I get a bit sluggish so I call it quits, well temporarily anyways.

2 weeks at 10mg of legit SD and I’m a fucking zombie. Absolutely zero appetite and lethargic as hell. But man what an oral, I pretty much tried every oral under the sun, and nothing comes remotely close to SD. Glycogen retention is outta this world.
