That’s the first meal I eat then after that it’s usually not to long after I go to chicken something and breads pasta tortillas oats/grains get added in but I eat 2 meals a day that are 1 my 6 eggs and 2nd lunch I call it is usually 2 chicken breast cooked in my slow cooker multiple different ways.
I eat another 3-4 meals depending on the meals that day.
Im a low carb person I was low carb before I ever heard of keto or even Atkins because carbs bloat me. So I eat heavy protein and decent fats I eat carbs just not at some of the what I consider bber levels.
For me though I just get fat. I ran one cycle where I changed my diet to a high carb dirty bulk, sust,decca,ended with var. I got so fat I was up around 260 and I had that huge bloat coat and felt horrible.
I believe that was the worst cycle I ran and I believe that it was because I bought into running really high carbs.
I do believe that carbs are needed but I definitely believe more in protein.
