First meal of the day

1 cup of baby spinach in 1 tablespoon of real butter on the skillet . 1/4 onion and 1/4 a cup of diced mushrooms minced with spinach and 4 eggs. 1 hour later I have 1 cup oats then its gym time . I fast till lunch on Saturday and Sunday being it’s my rest days

Yeah I shoot for one hour in days that I work, maybe a little longer on my off days. If I go any longer than 12 hours also I start getting headaches and shaky. It’s rare that I get anymore than 8 hours of sleep at night so 12 would really be pushing it for me from a wake up stand point.
 
I wake up and walk 45 minutes . I should’ve added that . I do fasted cardio . Not too hard of a cardio , I just walk at a good pace that makes me sweat.
 
Soy is not a friend to us men. Dairy can even be a contributor to estrogen levels also since they force milk dairy cattle while pregnant. Colostrum of pregnant cattle contains significant levels of estrogen. How much is bioavailable? Who knows.

it is my opinion that the only reason soy is being pushed on us is because of government subsidies for farmers to grow soy … from all accounts I can’t see where people were ever supposed to consume it. kinda like putting flouride in the water …?
 
That’s the first meal I eat then after that it’s usually not to long after I go to chicken something and breads pasta tortillas oats/grains get added in but I eat 2 meals a day that are 1 my 6 eggs and 2nd lunch I call it is usually 2 chicken breast cooked in my slow cooker multiple different ways.
I eat another 3-4 meals depending on the meals that day.
Im a low carb person I was low carb before I ever heard of keto or even Atkins because carbs bloat me. So I eat heavy protein and decent fats I eat carbs just not at some of the what I consider bber levels.
For me though I just get fat. I ran one cycle where I changed my diet to a high carb dirty bulk, sust,decca,ended with var. I got so fat I was up around 260 and I had that huge bloat coat and felt horrible.
I believe that was the worst cycle I ran and I believe that it was because I bought into running really high carbs.
I do believe that carbs are needed but I definitely believe more in protein.

Some times I go rogue and do hard boiled but usually my first meal is almost always 6 whole eggs scrambled. I can’t justify removing the yolks. I always read about every one throwing out the yolks. I can’t waste any food for what it costs nowadays to feed me lol
Food costs way more than any cycle I have ever ran and I recently just finished my primo cycle.
Protein is so expensive and I don’t eat red meat but maybe 2x a week.
Im more into fish, turkey, chicken, and eggs.
My diet is actually very boring its its always something coming out of my slow cooker because I no longer have a grill available to use.
I substitute Turkey and chicken for ground beef. I rarely ever eat a real steak because of price. I really wish I had the ability to hunt and bring home free protein. Im always so jealous when I see the hunting pictures of all that fresh wild meat members post.
 
This is absolutely true its all about just creating enough cheap food to feed us and the amount that is exported to feed other countries is huge also I believe.
I believe that soy beans are part of the tariffs that China put on usa goods exported.
 
I do scrambled eggs also and bigmurph is the only one i’ve seen say anything about boiled eggs, there can’t be a difference is there? Just personal preference? I love boiled eggs!
