First meal of the day

I can imagine that the licensing and equipment is expensive but bringing home 200lbs of meat. I would be so happy lol
I wish I could go take down a couple of hogs or even hunt some Turkey.
I would even love to go fishing and just pull out salmon after salmon right out of a river or even hit the ocean and get some mahi or grouper. I would be in heaven lol

I do boiled when I know I won’t have time to cook in the morning I will boil up some eggs and take them with me when I leave in the morning. If I want to get some fats out of it I will make a version of devil eggs.
I can’t really eat hard boiled egg yolks so I will devil a couple or then is the only time I will toss a couple of yolks I hate wasting any food though

I really could smash like a dozen boiled eggs at any time of the day… actually think I might get some going here soon for work tomorrow morning

When I bag me a nice white tail this season I’ll be more than happy to send you meat . We get enough meat around here. Buck , doe, bird, squirrel , fish. Squirrel is actually my favorite bc it tastes just like chicken .

I would honestly take you up on that even just some deer jerky would be great to have again.
When I was young I had access to hunting now not so much it would cost alot to travel and everything else for me to be able to get some meat.

I haven’t had squirrel but open to try it. I actually really enjoy rabbit
Thanks brother

Yes it is heaven, even if I’m in the tree and don’t see a thing, I am relaxed, and peaceful

Man that sure does sound fun, I would never be able to find the time to do something like that. But im happy with my family life and wouldn’t trade it for a thing(maybe some quiet time here and there) 😁 just playing. Does sound like a good time though!

The difference between the estrogen found in cows milk and the estrogen found in plants (i.e. like soy or flax’) is that the estrogen found in cows milk is mammalian, meaning it’s identical to the estrogen produced by your own body. Whereas the estrogen found in Soy is phytoestrogen. It does not affect your hormone levels in any way.

This recent meta analysis found no effect of soy or isoflavones on bioavailable testosterone concentrations in men.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/19524224/

So the idea that soy products raise estrogen and lowers testosterone levels is just a myth that is based off of very old data.

If you want to avoid estrogen, it’s cows milk you should be weary of.

It’s a forum and I would expect nothing less 🙂 … that’s what forums are all about. Discussing ideas and opinions in a constructive way. Hence why I produced contemporary scientific literature to support my claims.

I saw that… good job, I don’t know enough about it to support any claim I would make for or against both products, but im hoping to see a good deal of responses to this!

I would have to agree with you. From what I remember from researching soy is actually very good for you it’s the isoflavens you have to watch because they do cause estrogen raise and can also cause cancer and feed it. I had cancer years ago and my dr told me to stay away from soy products. I haven’t researched it in years so it could be old Info. I’ll deff read your article you posted. Thanks for the info

No worries 🙂

Really? What was your diagnosis if you don’t mind me asking?

I was diagnosed with lymphoma myself back in 2016. I’m in remission now though. These days try to be as mindful as possible about what I put in my body.

you can find several dozen opinions articles and research arguing either way. given my experience with research on a personal level and the governments involvement with pushing soy and soy products… I choose to pass , more soy for the rest of you 😉@PHD
