Today I did 3 miles on the bike stopped at every bench did pushups dips squats sit UPS and I actually weighed myself this week I’m down 10 pounds so I’m very happy about that keep doing your thing gentlemen
Thanks I never look at the skill although I have noted a what I was weighing 2 weeks ago and today I made it a point to step on it again been eating cleaner This little option on here motivated me even more and I’m very happy with these current results
If you have an air fryer, you can coat it in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, it’s not quite as good as bread crumbs but it’s still pretty tasty!
