Flash⚡️Labs Post Lockdown TRANSFORMATION CONTEST!

I can’t do it either I work out better at night but with the heat right now and the fact I stay in it nope cramp city plus it gets me outta my routine of getting up early as shit to work out and I ya e a hard time going back to it
 
It is and that’s the point of progress pics, not just for the contest, but to showcase yourself, to yourself is hard, because we’re hard on ourselves, the pics prove progress, seein is believing.I’ve told my wife in the past if i look bigger or ask here how I’m lookin, I want the truth, don’t comment just to appease me.
 
My legs grow fast, but damn do I have a hard time with chest, my triceps grow fast too, I can close grip bench almost as much as regular bench.

Any of you guys have some tips? Pointers for hardgainer on chest?
 
I pulled my pec pretty bad like 4 months ago. Took two months off of chest for the most part. So during this competition A main focus has been rebuilding my chest.

It’s basic, but I just make sure to hit all 3 angles. Press and fly. Switch it up, dumbbell, barbell, push up, bands etc.
